Menendez v. Whitaker, 14-72730
Granted the separate petitions for review of two aliens who challenged Board of Immigration Appeals' removal decisions that were based on their convictions under the same California criminal statute. Held that a violation of California Penal Code section 288(c)(1) is neither categorically a crime involving moral turpitude nor categorically a crime of child abuse. Remanded for further proceedings.
