MacDonald v. Hedgpeth, 16-55240
Held that a California state prisoner was entitled to federal habeas relief because insufficient evidence at his robbery trial supported a 10-year gang sentencing enhancement for a crime he committed alone. Reversed the denial of habeas relief.
