Fikre v. FBI, 16-36072

Held that a plaintiff could proceed with his claim that the Federal Bureau of Investigation violated his due process rights by placing him on the No Fly List, because his claim was not moot even though the government subsequently removed him from the list. Reversed the district court's dismissal order and remanded for further proceedings.
