Barrera-Lima v. Sessions, 13-73022
Granted petition from Board of Immigration appeals and remanded. The Ninth Circuit held that plaintiff’s conviction for indecent exposure under Washington law is not a crime involving moral turpitude and therefore in the absence of such a conviction, plaintiff is eligible to apply for cancellation of removal.
