United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Robertson, 16-10385

Affirmed the conviction of a former letter carrier on charges of mail theft and possession of stolen mail. On appeal, the letter carrier challenged rulings regarding sanctions for lost or destroyed evidence, violation of witness exclusion orders, and denial of a request for production of an investigator's notes, among other things. The Ninth Circuit found no reversible error.
