United States Ninth Circuit

USA v. Hohag, 17-30049

Affirmed the imposition of supervised release condition requiring the defendant to participate in a sex offence-specific assessment, which may include a polygraph test. The Ninth Circuit held that the District Court did not abuse its discretion as the conditions for supervised release are not particularly burdensome and do not rest solely on the defendant's 27-year old rape conviction.
