Remanded for re-sentencing where defendants appealed their sentences for drug-trafficking conspiracy convictions. Their sentences had been remanded once before to the district court due to unreliable evidence about the quantity of drugs presented to the jury and on remand the district court once again used unreliable evidence to determine the drug quantities requiring a second remand.
