USA v. US Board of Water Comm’r, 15-16316
Reversing, vacating and remanding the district court's decision which had rejected the California State Water Control Board's approval of the application of the Walker River Irrigation District to change water storage rights. The 9th Circuit held that district court failed to defer to the findings and conclusions of the state agencies and to the extent that the district court made its own findings, these were erroneous.
