Pike v. Hester, 16-16764

Affirming the district court's summary judgment denying qualified immunity to a sheriff's sergeant in an action alleging the violation of the plaintiff's Fourth Amendment rights when he conducted an after hours dog search of th eplaintiff's locked office because of issue preclusion arising from a state justice's prior conclusion that the sergeant violated the Fourth Amendment.
