In the Matter of Point Center Financial, Inc., 16-56321

Reversing the district court's dismissal for lack of standing of an appeal from a bankruptcy court order that authorized a Chapter 7 trustee to assume the operating agreement of a limited liability company whose interests were implicated in the bankruptcy proceedings because the district court holding that company lacked standing to challenge the order where they had adequate notice of the trustees assumption motion, did not file an objection or attend a hearing with the bankruptcy court, because attendance and objection are not prerequisites for prudential standing as a person aggrieved with the decision.
