Affirming the district court's summary judgment in favor of Experian in an action brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act in its reporting of short sales on the plaintiff's real property because the reporting was accurate and the company clearly and accurately disclosed to them all the information recorded and retained that might be reflected in a consumer report.
