Easley v. City of Riverside, 16-55941

Affirming the district court grant on summary judgment of qualified immunity to a police officer accused of using excessive force when he shot the plaintiff three times following a traffic stop because his use of deadly force was objectively reasonable under the Fourth Amendment when the plaintiff drew a handgun from his pants pocket while fleeing.
