United States Ninth Circuit

Casino Pauma v. National Labor Relations Board, 16-70397

Granting the National Labor Relations Board's petition for enforcement and upholding the Board's conclusions that they may apply the National Labor Relations Act to relationships between a tribal casino and its employees working on tribal lands and that the casino committed unfair labor practices by trying to stop unions from distributing literature because this was a reasonably defensible interpretation of the NLRA and the application of Indian law did not result in a different outcome.
