United States Ninth Circuit

In Re Bradley Weston Taggert, 16-35402

Affirming the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel's opinion reversing the bankruptcy court's order entering contempt sanctions against creditors for knowingly violating a discharge injunction in a Chapter 7 case because the creditors didn't knowingly violate the injunction where they had a subjective good faith belief that the injunction didn't apply to their state court claim for attorney fees.
