Chavez v. JPMorgan Chase and Co, 16-55957
Holding that the amount in controversy requirement for diversity jurisdiction was met in the case of a suit by a former employee of JP Morgan Chase who brought suit in California state court and that Chase had removed to district court because the amount in controversy isn't limited to damages that occurred prior to removal and encompassed all relief the court may grant on that complaint if the plaintiff is victorious.
