Reversing the district court dismissal of a purported class action suit in which a Kentucky company was alleged to have committed violations of Washington's Recovery of Money Lost at Gambling Act and Consumer Protection Act through their virtual game platform, which constituted illegal gambling under Washington because the plaintiff, a woman who lost a grand, stated a proper cause of action.
