United States Ninth Circuit
Elhouty v. Lincoln Benefit Life Company, 15-16740
Affirming the district court's summary judgment in favor of an insurance company in a diversity declaratory judgment action relating to a two million dollar policy, which was the value of the controversy properly supporting the diversity jurisdiction and holding that the court didn't abuse its discretion in striking a plaintiff expert witness and affirming that the district court could read the insurance policy and determine there was no material fact genuinely at issue.
