Delzer v. Berryhill, 16-56203

Certifying for the California Supreme Court the question of whether the child of a decedent conceived and born after the death of the decedent is deemed to be born within the lifetime if it can be established with clear and convincing evidence that the decedent intends a child be conceived after their death and in such a circumstance must the genetic material indicated in the writing be the genetic material actually used to conceive.
