Affirming the district court's contempt judgment arising after plaintiff's counsel failed to pay sanctions when they did not produce their expert at a deposition as ordered because the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure's general discovery enforcement provisions enable the court to order the production of a party to produce its nonparty expert witness and sanction counsel if the witness fails to appear without an excuse that would render the award of expenses unjust.
