United States Ninth Circuit
California Pacific Bank v. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 16-70725
Denying a petition for review brought by California Pacific Bank challenging the constitutionality of the Bank Secrecy Act and its implementing regulations and alleging the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Board of Directors decision finding the bank had violated the BSA and ordering their implementation of a plan for compliance because the claims were not supported by substantial evidence because the BSA wasn't vague and there was evidence of noncompliance.
