Affirming a sentence for violating conditions of supervised release, vacating a sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm and remanding to correct conditions of supervised release, affirming the application of an enhancement for the use of a firearm in an aggravated assault and affirming gang constraints on supervised release except the term eliminating the need for the government to establish mens rea in future revocation proceedings, and striking clauses that vaguely required the defendant to work regularly and meet family responsibilities.
