Affirming a district court order denying the plaintiff's motion to seal the district court's summary judgment order, reversing the grant of summary judgment to social workers on the basis of qualified immunity, and remanding for further proceedings a case in which parents alleged that social workers violated their and their childrens' constitutional rights when they were investigated after a Wal-Mart employee contacted them about nude photos they had developed.
