Affirming the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendants in a class action suit brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) because the plaintiff received a TCPA violating message from a non-party and the defendants were found not to be vicariously liable because they lacked knowledge of the violating acts and did not have knowledge of facts that would lead a reasonable person to investigate.
