Sanchez v. Elizondo, 16-17345

Reversing the district court order vacating an arbitration award and remanding for new arbitration and further proceedings a case involving the alleged mismanagement of an investment portfolio because there is jurisdiction under the Federal Arbitration Act to review vacatur orders and remand for new arbitration and that the district court erred because the arbitrator's award was not completely irrational and did not exceed their authority.
