Partially affirming and partially reversing summary judgment to the Animal Legal Defense Fund, PETA, and others, and vacating in part the permanent injunction against enforcement of Idaho's Interference with Agricultural Production law, which violated the First Amendment by banning audio and video of dairy production and criminalizing misrepresentations made to enter property of that kind or obtaining records from such facilities by misrepresentation, but upholding the constitutionality of a clause criminalizing misstatements made in order to cause economic or other injury.
