Granting the petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals decision holding a man statutorily ineligible for cancellation of removal for failure to establish seven years continuous residence in the United States after being 'admitted in any status' and vacating and remanding the case because the man was assumed to have been waved through a port of entry and 'in any status' was held to include both lawful and unlawful entries.
