US v. Hernandez-Quintania, 16-50171

Conviction for unauthorized reentry to the United States by a previously deported alien is affirmed where: 1) there was substantial evidence presented at trial that defendant was in the country without the consent of the Attorney General or Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security; and 2) the district court properly denied defendant's Batson challenge because he failed to make a prima facie case of discrimination.
