United States Ninth Circuit
US v. Torres, 13-50088
Affirming the conviction and sentence of multiple defendants for racketeering, drug trafficking conspiracy, and related offenses, because jury instructions for determining drug quantities did not result in reversible error, nor did the denial of a request for instruction on multiple conspiracies where there was no evidence of such a situation, nor did the district court err in finding that the defendants had prior convictions for the purposes of determining the mandatory minimum sentence.
