United States Ninth Circuit
Laborin v. Berryhill, 15-15776
Reversing and remanding a district court judgment affirming an administrative law judge's (ALJ) denial of an application for disability benefits and supplemental security income in a case where the ALJ did not credit testimony regarding the intensity, persistence, and limiting effects of his symptoms and used boilerplate statements in their decision because they failed to give clear and convincing reasons for their rejection of the testimony.
