United States Ninth Circuit
Klein v. City of Beverly Hills, 15-56279
Reversing the determination that a summary judgment for the defendant in the case of a Fourth Amendment violation alleged by the subject of a warrant where the police department made many procedural delays in producing the warrant and the statute of limitations on personal injury lapsed in the interim the court held that the plaintiff's diligence made his claim timely, though affirming the district court's determination that the claim failed on the merits in a separately filed decision.
