US ex rel Cain v. Salish Kootenai College, Inc., 15-35001

Reversing the dismissal of a qui tam action brought by former employees of the Salish Kootenai College, Inc. alleging the College's violation of the False Claim Act by providing false progress reports on students in order to qualify for federal grant money, requiring that the district court apply the test of whether the school qualifies for tribal sovereign status established in White v. University of California, 765 F.3d 1010, 1025 (9th Cir. 2014).
