In a petition for review of an NTSB decision affirming an order of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) revoking petitioner's aircraft registration certificate, the petition is denied where petitioner's activity, transporting marijuana in his aircraft, was punishable as a felony, petitioner's certificate was properly revoked even though he may no longer be subject to punishment under state law.
