Restitution order and forfeiture money judgment, in a case in which the defendant pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud and mail fraud, are affirmed where: 1) circumstances surrounding the signing and entry of the plea agreement support the conclusion that the defendant entered into the agreement knowingly and voluntarily; 2) the appeal waiver as to the restitution order was enforceable; and 3) the forfeiture order did not constitute an illegal sentence.
