In a copyright infringement action, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to put forth admissible evidence establishing copyright infringement against recording artist Jessie J for allegedly stealing a two-measure vocal melody from plaintiff's song 'Bright Red Chords' for use in her hit song 'Domino.'
