Conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) is affirmed over defendant's claim that it violated the Speedy Trial Act, where, because defendant was incompetent to stand trial during the relevant period, all of the days were properly excluded under 18 U.S.C. section 3161(h)(4).
