United States Ninth Circuit

Davis v. Hollins Law, 14-16437

In a case brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the District Court's judgment in favor of plaintiff is reversed where defendant's communication was sufficient in context to disclose to the least sophisticated debtor that it was from a debt collector, and therefore did not violate 15 U.S.C. section 1692e(11).
