United States Ninth Circuit
Jones v. Harrington, 13-56360
Petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging a murder conviction, the District Court's denial is reversed where any reasonable jurist would have to conclude that when petitioner said to police interrogators that he did not want to talk 'no more,' he meant it, and by continuing to interrogate petitioner after his invocation of his right to remain silent, the officers squarely violated Miranda v. Arizona.
