United States Ninth Circuit

Attmore v. Colvin, 13-36048

In a Social Security disability action, the district court's grant of summary judgment is reversed where: 1) An ALJ should compare medical evidence of disability determination with the medical evidence at the time of an asserted improvement in closed period cases; and 2) in this case, substantial evidence did not support the ALJ's finding of medical improvement.
