United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Inouye, 14-10510

the district court's order setting a restitution schedule in connection with the revocation of supervised release is affirmed over Amicus's arguments challenging the reviewability of the merits, where: 1) the district court's judgment is final even though the district court is free to adjust the restitution payment schedule; and 2) a generic appellate waiver does not waive the right to appeal modification or revocation proceedings.
