In an international cyberspace action, arising after plaintiff Telesocial sued defendant Orange, S.A. for allegedly stealing its app in violation of a non-disclosure agreement, the court denied defendant's application for a writ of mandamus where: 1) the district court did not commit clear legal error in determining that the non-disclosure agreement did not cover the claims at issue; and 2) defendant will be able to seek its desired relief on direct appeal when the case becomes final.
