US v. Basa, 14-10557

Sentence for sex trafficking of children in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1591(a)(1) is affirmed where: 1) the district court properly sentenced defendant under U.S.S.G. section 2G1.3(b)(4)(A) even though she did not herself engage in a sex act with a child; 2) the district court properly applied U.S.S.G. section 2G1.3(b)(2)B); and 3) the district court's decision not to depart downward for reduced mental capacity was not clearly erroneous.
