United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Lundin, 14-10365

In an interlocutory criminal appeal, the district court's suppression of handguns seized from defendant's home is affirmed where police officers violated defendant's Fourth Amendment rights when they knocked on his door at 4:00am without a warrant with the intent of arresting him and the ensuing warrantless search was not justified by an exception to the warrant clause.
