United States Ninth Circuit

Frost v. Gilbert, 11-35114

Conviction for robberies and a burglary in connection with an eleven-day crime spree in Washington State is affirmed in a case on remand from the Supreme Court. The en banc court held that the state trial court's refusal to allow defense counsel to make alternative arguments during summation was not prejudicial.
