Crawford v. Franklin Credit Mgmt. Corp., 15-1403

In a fraud action, alleging that defendants forged a mortgage agreement between themselves and plaintiff, the district court’s judgment for defendants following a jury verdict in their favor is affirmed where: 1) the district court’s denial of plaintiff’s motion for judgment as a matter of law was not in error; and 2) the district court’s evidentiary rulings were not erroneous.
