Sentence for possession of a firearm and ammunition and possession of an unregistered firearm is vacated and remanded for resentencing where defendant's prior convictions for felony riot in Washington, Wash. Rev. Code section 9A.84.010, were not violent felonies for purpose of sentencing under the Armed Career Criminal Act because the state's statute is overinclusive and indivisible with respect to the term "force."
