United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Lemus, 14-50355

Conviction for possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) a rational trier of fact could have found defendant possessed methamphetamine with intent to sell; but 2) there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's determination that defendant possessed more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
