In an injury and tort action, contending that the FBI’s failure to disclose information to local law enforcement regarding a threatened home invasion by the Minutemen American Defense activist group, causing the murder of plaintiff’s husband and wounding of plaintiff, the district court’s grant of defendant’s motion to dismiss is affirmed where the FBI’s alleged conduct falls within the discretionary function exception to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. section 2680(a).
