United States Ninth Circuit
Styers v. Ryan, 12-16952
In a habeas corpus case, the district court's denial of petitioner's motion for an unconditional writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the Arizona Supreme Court's determination that petitioner's capital sentence was final and refusal to remand his case for resentencing by a jury was not contrary to or involved an unreasonable application of federal law.
