United States Ninth Circuit

US v. DeCinces, 15-50033

In two interlocutory appeals from a securities fraud prosecution, the district court's grant of defendant's motions in limine, excluding the government's evidence related to two transactions as inadmissible "other acts" evidence under F.R.E. 404(b), is reversed while defendant's interlocutory appeal of the district court's denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment is dismissed for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
