Conviction for thirty-two counts of health care fraud under 18 U.S.C. section 1347 is affirmed where: 1) health care fraud under 18 U.S.C. section 1347 is a continuing offense which may be properly charged as a single scheme in a single count; and 2) the original and superseding indictments brought against defendant were sufficient.
